Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I joined while traveling through Bolivia, I lost track of my membership in a freak email accident, and have only just managed to return to the fold. What I'd like to do is offer some sort of help to people coming to Korea, and who aren't really sure what to do or where to go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I've never CouchSurfed(tm), in Buenos Aires I ended up on a lovely little old lady's couch for a month in exchange for English lessons.

John Fowles' "The Magus" made a big impression on me when I was 16. There have been others, but it'll always hold a special place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have yet to do anything truly amazing. I did like Iguazu though.

I'm interested in languages. Teaching, Learning, Practicing. I'm also learning to make Korean food, and am, by all accounts, a terrible cook.
