HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a (non-professional, but passionate) city guide for Amsterdam and some other parts of Holland as well.
I grew up in the south of Holland near the city Den Bosch, which is very nice because of the easygoing lifestyle and the interesting historical city centre.

at the age of 18 I moved to Amsterdam because of my studies (Ergonomics)

Apart from a short period in Stockholm ( 3 months) and in Utrecht/Amersfoort (1,5 year) I have lived in Amsterdam eversince.

I have slowly discovered all that the city has to offer and I can definetely be of assistance finding your way here.
I love to bring you to find inspiration in it as I still do every day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

meeting Kanan and Santanu, with who I still have email contact now and then, meeting Ahmed, taking a bike-tour with Yohan, emailing with some CS'ers and joined a green group, sometimes engaging in the discussions

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I learned African dance in Amsterdam and in Senegal, I learned to speak Swedish in three months,
I saw a plane crash in the Bijlmer area in Amsterdam-south east. I discovered my love for the arts. I saw and now visit regularly the new Public Library.
I love to go hiking and biking in the natural parcs of the Netherlands or abroad and can be truly in awe by the power of natural life
