Music, Movies, and Books
Regarding movies, I enjoy romantic comedies (one of my favorites is Moulin Rouge) and horror films (the good ones like REC), but my husband and I never miss animated movies... I especially love stop-motion animation. Even so, I watch all kinds of movies—I love analyzing and getting ideas from the art direction and cinematography, as well as the acting (probably because of the degree I studied).
As for music, I listen to all kinds, but I can’t deny that I love alternative rock and world music, where rhythms are mixed… and Caribbean beats are my weakness.
Books that have fascinated me include IT by Stephen King, City of the Beasts by Isabel Allende, as well as 1984 by George Orwell, Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy, Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, and The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Another book I really love is Le Petit Prince. When it comes to plays, I adore La Vida es Sueño by Calderón de la Barca, among many other. Although I'm open to recommendations
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've migrated twice, from Latin America, and I have participated in theater, circus and filming. Maybe that doesn't sound too impressive but I think every path is a complex journey.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think that you can learn from everyone. I would like to meet people from around the world to open my personal perspectives, and to share common ground
