About Me
Hey! I’m Asad from Baku a curious soul, architecture enthusiast, and passionate traveler. I’ve studied and lived in different places thanks to Erasmus+, and I love discovering new cultures not just through sights, but through people.
I’m easygoing, respectful, and always up for a deep conversation (or a spontaneous adventure!). I believe Couchsurfing isn’t just a place to crash it’s a way to connect, share, and grow.
At home I enjoy good coffee, interior design, and hosting friends from around the world. I speak English, Russian, Azerbaijani, and a bit of Spanish — and I’m always happy to learn more!
Let’s share stories and create good memories 🌍✨
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I’m into rap, R&B, pop….. anything with rhythm and emotion. Whether it’s a moody late-night track or an upbeat banger, I love music that makes you feel. From global hits to underrated gems, I’m always open to new sounds.
Movies: I’m a big fan of horror, comedy, and sci-fi. Give me a good psychological thriller, something weird and unexpected from outer space, or just a movie that makes me laugh till I cry I’m in. I love when films mix fun with a twist of imagination.
Books: I don’t read to escape I read to connect. I like stories about identity, emotions, and the things we sometimes can’t say out loud. I enjoy fiction with meaning and non-fiction that opens your eyes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I’ve done was taking a leap of faith and joining the Erasmus+ program. Leaving my comfort zone, moving to a new country, and living with people from all over the world taught me more than any classroom ever could.
It challenged me, changed me, and connected me with some of the most inspiring people I’ve ever met. I discovered not just new places, but new parts of myself more open, more brave, more alive. That journey made me believe that the world is full of kindness, stories, and beauty and I want to keep discovering it, one couch and one conversation at a time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my experience with interior design and architecture (I studied it!), tell you about Azerbaijani culture and food, and maybe even help you practice some Russian or Azerbaijani.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good company, deep conversations, and a positive attitude. I’m a respectful and easygoing guest who’s always happy to help out, cook something simple, or just bring good energy to the space.
I can tell you about life in Azerbaijan, share stories from my travels, or just sit down over tea and talk about anything from music and movies to life’s big questions.
