Resumen
Sobre mí
Hi! I’m Asaf, originally from Türkiye and currently living in Munich, where I’m doing my master’s in Computational Mechanics at TUM. I recently spent several months in Dresden for my Erasmus exchange, and that experience made me realize how much I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and discovering places through the eyes of locals.
I’m an easygoing and respectful person who enjoys simple and meaningful moments like good conversations, exploring new neighborhoods, and learning about how people live in different parts of the world. Whether it’s a hidden spot in the city, a local habit, or a new recipe, I’m always curious to learn something new.
I love connecting with open-minded people, sharing stories, and exchanging perspectives. Looking forward to meeting new friends along the way!
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, and meeting people along the way. After spending time in Germany as an exchange student, I realized how much more meaningful a place becomes when you experience it with locals. Couchsurfing helps me connect with people, learn from their stories, and see cities from a perspective I can’t get as a typical tourist. I want to explore more of Europe and meet open-minded people while doing so. For me, the best part of traveling is the human part of it.

Algo increíble que he hecho
Coming to Europe on my own has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me grow, and opened the door to meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds. Traveling, adapting to new places, and building connections along the way taught me a lot about myself and the world. It’s an experience I want to keep expanding by exploring more places and meeting even more great people.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I enjoy connecting with people from different cultures and perspectives, and I’m always curious about how others live, think, and experience the world. As a civil engineer and now a Computational Mechanics master’s student in Germany, I’ve had the chance to live abroad, travel, and experience intercultural life through Erasmus. I’m always happy to share those stories.
If you’re interested, I can teach you some basic Turkish phrases or tell you about everyday life in Türkiye. In return, I love learning about new languages, local habits, and the personal stories that make each place unique.
At the end of the day, I believe the best part of traveling is sharing good conversations, food, and laughter with people you meet along the way.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
I love good conversations about anything. History, culture, travel, or just random topics that make the evening more fun. I’m always up for playing games, cooking something simple together, or sharing small pieces of Turkish culture if you’re curious.
I’m respectful, easygoing, and grateful to anyone who welcomes me into their home. Whether we talk for hours or just enjoy a quiet night, I appreciate genuine connection and kindness.
