ABOUT ME

I'm 21, currently unemployed and looking for new adventures. I spend most of my time these days drawing, writing, reading, and riding my bike. I love being outdoors, hiking, and enjoying nature. I grew up in a small town in northern California, and now I have the desire to move far away. I want to meet new people and see new places. Usually, I tend to be a quiet, observant person, but I really open up when I feel comfortable. I'm friendly, non-judgemental, and open-minded to all sorts of things. I like meeting people with a similar view point, but I also like people that give me a fresh perspective on things.

None yet so far, but I'm really excited to get started!

兴趣

I have a lot of interests, but I suppose there's a few that really shaped who I am, and continue to do so. I started writing at the age of 11, when my step mom gave me a book called the Heavenly Horse from the Outermost West, and at the time after reading it I attempted to rewrite the story in a different way myself. I even illustrated the book. Since then I have written dozens of stories, both fiction and nonfiction. It has long been my goal to publish my writing and see it perhaps become a bestseller. I also began reading at a young age and it has stayed with me. There's never been a time when I'm not reading something.
I also have a passion for nature and all things wild. I have spent much of my life outdoors, biking, hiking, backpacking, swimming, camping etc. I grew up hunting and fishing, but I don't do much of either anymore. I am more interested in the study of things such as herbology, botany, herpetology, permaculture, and primitive skills. I like being able to identify species of plants and animals, and I enjoy learning about these things in various regions. I'm also fascinated by different human cultures, especially the native Americans, aboriginal peoples, and the Celtic heathens of Europe. I also like learning about different culture's mythology, folklore, and legends. I have a very mystical way of thinking, I love the mystery and magic of this world we live in.
I'm also really interested in music and art. I love to paint, draw, and sculpt. I also like street and environmental art. With music, I like almost anything, and all sorts of different sounds. I play the flute a bit, but haven't really put the time into it. I also like to sing and dance, though I'm no good at either of those things.
