ABOUT ME

I'm getting a new start in New Orleans. I never thought I would find myself here, but it's a place I alwawys loved from afar. Out of the blue, I got a great job offer, so here I am. Still discovering the place.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm overly analytical, and try to be fair and kind. I believe in doing everything myself if I can-- I love learning new things, and I think people should get their hands dirty. Life is short and fascinating-- try everything.

I host, and love to show people around New Orleans-- I particularly love introducing people to some of the amazing musicians here.

To much to say here, but obesessed with New Orleans and Memphis R&B. Other favorites: the Clash, David Bowie, The Stones, The Decmeberists, Tom Waits, Cordelia's Dad.... it's neverending, really.

And, of course, all my favorite New Orleans bands: Loose Marbles, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Why Are We Building Such A Big Ship?, Sweet Nothings, Palmmetto Bug Stompers, Jazz Vipers, Linzi Zaorski...

I can teach you a lot about photography and a good deal about buildings and what they say about our history. I can teach you the basics of swing dance.
