all kinds of music. i mean everything and i'm pretty pretentious about the fact that i have most everything. not in a bad way just in a way of like what do you like oh yea cool lets listen because i have it. good movies with thought and soul and feeling, and guilty pleasures in the form of ro co of course. books non fiction mostly but i dabble in the lit every once in a while.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i was on safari last year sitting on the roof of the car in the ngorogoro crater and an elephant walked out of a little tree area. i couldn't move fast and get back into the car or it would have charged so i just stayed very still and calm and of course viewed this monstrous wild beauty. the elephant looked me in the eyes and i felt with it for a moment and connected and understood a little about his life and then he moved and walked past. our guide later told me the elephant was anywhere from 70-80 years old.
