About Me

I love hearing people journeys and connecting to others. I am passionate about living a hole healed life, helping others to do the same, and bringing healing and wholeness to nature. I love to learn about foraging, recently we've been learning about foraging morel mushrooms, what an adventure. I like to try new foods, especially authentic ethic foods, learning about their history. I cook almost all my family's food from scratch. I enjoy fermenting vegetables, making sourdough bread, kombucha and kefir. We buy our dairy, eggs, and meat from local farmers and believe in being connected to our food and the land and the people around us who raise it. And I love to empower others to change their lives to be more connected. I am passionate about lessening my possessions to expand my experiences and value relationship. I love to garden and have recently planted peach trees, cherry bushes, blackberries, raspberries, and currants bushes, and fifty strawberry plants. I love herbs and have begun making tinctures for my families health and healing, excited to learn more. I enjoy learning all the time and spending much of my time homeschooling and being present with my three incredible children who have so much wisdom and joy, my time spent with them is a dream come true. We are looking forward to traveling as a couple and immersion into others cultures in hopes of taking our children when they are older in the distant future.
