After doing a couple of Workaways in Latin America I realised that meeting local people was one of my favourite parts of travelling, and so I thought I’d try Couchsurf. I’m a friendly guy, really into being outdoors, walking and rock climbing. At home I am a climbing instructor. Since travelling I’ve been trying to learn Spanish. I’m a beginner but I love to practice it.

I am on Couchsurf because I realised it is a really interesting way to travel. To meet local people outside of hostels.

I listen to a lot of hip hop and funky music. I like to read and watch films, but I prefer to be outside somewhere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At home I climb a lot, but in Colombia I paraglided for the first time, and I loved it! Taking a cargo boat up the Amazon river has been a highlight of my travels!
