I'm an adventurous and outgoing individual who enjoys connecting with people and embracing new experiences. I am a lover of nature, practicing yoga (on and off the mat), arts, music, food and travel! Farming, gardening, biking, climbing, reading, journaling and scrap booking are a few of my favorite hobbies. I love to see things from the point of view of a local - I'd like to know where you eat dinner (: Coffee shops and farmers markets are a few of my favorite places to frequent. My goal is to never stop practicing the art of being present in the moment. Also, to try something new daily. I gained my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training certificate this summer in CO and couldn’t be more proud and grateful. Currently, my dream is to share the transformative practice of yoga with others, WWOOF and travel among the west coast. (Colorado, Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington State specifically) travel ALL over the world and embrace new experiences. I enjoy people and intellectual conversations. I am exploring minimalism and diving into living with less and experiencing more.
