ABOUT ME

From when i was young, i always knew i would never stay in the same place for long times. Who knows why, i guess i get restless easy. So here i am, travelling the world by teaching English, which i love. It may be a slow way to travel the world, but i feel i get to know the people and the places much more. Most of the time i'm pretty easy-going, love having a drink or two, and willing to try a lot of new things. I enjoy meeting new people, sharing stories and learning about how others live and travel. One day perhaps i hope to find "The Place" where i'm meant to stay and live the rest of my life, but it's a big world and it's going to take time, so until think i'm going to have a bloody good time. Always willing for a chat, cheers for reading about me, maybe meet you in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

Be open to new experiences. Set expectations accordingly. Sometimes it's ok to be a little selfish, as long as no one else gets hurt. Take time for yourself, but take time for others as well, you never know what you may learn. Many more, it changes for me everyday.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Gosh, i love it all. Its all art, and somewhere someone appreciates it. I love listening to the radio though for new music, but travelling makes it difficult to keep up. So meeting people and sharing music is now my main intel for new movies/music/books.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Stayed on a small island in Indonesia for 4 days with my mum. A boat came everyday to drop off a fresh fish for us to cook. Fresh fruit for breakfast. Snorkelled, sunbathed, swam everyday. Not another living soul for a while. Could walk around the island in 15min. A couple of sneaky gin and tonics (thanks mum) and it was beautiful and quite untouched. Let me know if want more details, willing to share (its no easy trip getting there though)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Everyone has something to give. Some more than others, i don't think you can judge just on age or distances travelled, but they should be able to share and tell a good story (no over-boasting or competitive story telling though, i hate that).
