Hello! I’m Ash, I work and live in a small village in Northern California. I spend my time serving as a yoga and meditation teacher as well as a Vegan/Vegetarian chef. I’m a fan of the arts in all forms. I love meeting new people and expanding my horizons! A deep Lover of Nature and Earth 🌏 The Healing art of sound, herbs and movement is my delightful cup of tea. ALL THE MUSIC! I love sound! Films are wonderful, however I’m not the biggest fan of thrillers or horror flicks. I love movies that inspire me or make me think. Books are a beautiful place to let the mind dance, my Love expands from educational to fun fictions with a splash of dynamic teachings!
