Now I am a senior student in Renmin University of China, it's a fomous and fantastic university located in Beijing! My major is Chinese Language and Literatue, also I've learnt English for more than 15 years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and I started my DIY journey since I graduated from junior high school - thanks to my parents' understanding! I had been to most provinces in China and I went to 8 countries in Europe and Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia with my friends. As an outgoing and courageous young lady, I believe that the people you met in your journey are the most precious experience and wealth. :)

I used to travel with hostel and airbnb, but in that condition, I cannot keep in touch with much locals and interesting friends. Though the host of bnb were very friendly and warmhearted, it still seems like I am the GUEST. I wanna be a new FRIEND to where I live in journey and I also wanna know more about my new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: Actually I am not very familiar with western music, I think Edsheeran, Adele and Jason Mraz are amazing! I love the song with smooth ryhthm. I always change my music list and I'd love to be introduced your favorite song and singer.

MOVIES: My favorite movie is Brokeback Mountain. And I prefer the movie with food:) Like Julie & Julia, No Reservations. I love comedy and drama more than atction film and horror film.

BOOKS: I love reading but most I read were in Chinese. I read poems and prose, also some worldwide masterpieces. Because I study chinese literature, I can share my understanding of liberal comparison and exchanges with you.

I have been working for University of Chicago Center in Beijing for more than two years as languge partner-accompanied american student to experience Beijing and helped them with Chinese study.
