Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Connecting with strangers is the best part of traveling, but it doesn’t have to be hard or isolated to big travels! Not sure why I’ve waited this long to join when I strike up convos where I can. I’ve met friends via friends who have couch surfed - so I finally am too. Looking forward to connecting with this awesome community.

Interests

I love being outdoors but sometimes that’s just for a leisure walk or reading in the sun. I do love hikes and hitting the road to see what adventure awaits and where to stay. Some of my best memories are floating or boating but I don’t do it often enough. I like to cook, read, do crafts with friends, host gatherings, decorate, and always wander. I play AFL here and there too and that’s a great community.

Music is seriously anything goes. Been reading fiction books as of late, but Jodi Picoult is still my fav author. Movies and shows = HBO & Netflix

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel like I should mention climbing Kili but I think the road trips I’ve done with friends across different countries spark the most memories for me.

So much to learn always! Currently want to learn stronger photography skills, coding and start biking beyond mini leisure rides. I know a bit about the advertising ecosystem, London museums, coffee shops from anywhere I’ve been and cooking/hosting dinner parties.
