My brother in law told me to try this and here I am. I am married with no kids and I like to live simply, I have two rats as pets that are not free roaming. No car, few bills, just having fun and loving life. My Ikea futon is available for one, my apartment is quite small and the futon is in the common area so you don't get a door to close. I rent, so my apartment is in really decent shape. I haven't verified because I am skeptical about this site being worth the sixty dollars, but only time will tell. I really am who I say I am and the pictures are definitely me. The preferred gender should really say I'm only accepting female guests because I am. I will reject dudes 100%, 9/10 dudes wont even read this. I am game to meet-up, however.
