My name is Ashley. I am a twenty-six year old tatted, pierced, dreadhead, elephant lover, vegetarian, girl with a wanderlust gene. I am currently living in Georgia after having traveled around the US with my boyfriend in our chalkboard painted van. We played music and sold art to make what we needed on the road.

I left home April 18, 2015 and started an adventure around the US with my boyfriend. We lived out of our van and just rambled around seeing what the country had to offer. I am hoping Couch Surfing will be able to help us meet amazing new friends and provide a safe place to rest our heads if we are ever in need.

My hobbies include cooking and baking, painting and doodling, crocheting and sewing, making wire wrapped jewelry, palm leaf origami, rope dart, tarot, learning as many musical instruments as possible, and being generally awesome.

I love yoga. I am a novice, so I welcome any teaching!

I listen to a lot of EDM, mostly drum and bass or dubstep. However, my favorite band is and always will be Incubus. I love 90s alternative, a little bit of country, classical and world music. I love sci-fi and action/adventure. The Fifth Element and The Fountain are my two favorite movies. Most of the books I read are cook books or "How To" books, however I do enjoy fiction books from time to time. My favorite book is The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.

I have culinary training and worked as a raw vegan chef for a little over a year. I love to cook, love to bake even more. I really love cooking for people.
