ABOUT ME

I am a 29 year old girl who has decided that life is not meant to be lived in one place. I want to travel and live in places where my heart feels happiest. I own my own online health and wellness coaching business and love to help others achieve health goals. I started teaching Pilates about a year ago as well. I do some modeling on the side...mostly for hair type stuff...my hair changes all the time and I love it. I am vegan and have been for just over a year. I am currently training for a bodybuilding competition.

PHILOSOPHY

Love life and live it. Take risks and chances and don't be afraid of the outcomes. Choose love over fear. Fall truly, madly deeply in love with yourself and your life that it makes your heart feel like exploding.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music. I have a music tattoo behind my hear. I especially love watching live music. I could dance all night to a favourite house dj and then the next night go to a scream-o show with people crowd surfing.
