About Me
My name is Ashley Virginia and I am a North Carolina based singer/songwriter. I quit my day job in September to pursue my music career full time.
Traveling has always been a dream of mine, and music has become the vehicle in which I use to see the world.
My musical style synthesizes an eclectic spread, somewhere between Indie-Folk, 70s Country cool, West Coast cosmic Americana, and 60s Rock n’ Roll.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For the month of April, I lived alone in a treehouse cabin just outside of Nashville, TN. I borrowed some recording equiptment from a friend, and I setup a studio in the treehouse. My objective while living there for a month was to practice recording, and follow my interest to improve upon my skills as a producer and sound engineer. In 30 days, I recorded 15 songs! I'm currently mixing and mastering those songs myself, honing in my skills as a producer. Who needs a fancy studio?
Teach, Learn, Share
Happy to share about songwriting, facilitate a jam session, and share some of my general knowledge about music.
I play piano, guitar, tenor guitar, tenor banjo, ukulele, mountain dulcimer, and am newly learning the mandolin, bass, and drum kit.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm glad to help around the house with any cleaning that would be needed, and of course, I'll clean up after myself.
I'd be happy to help put on a house show and perform for you/your friends.
