About Me
I grew up in the Mojave Desert, spent a few years living in Seychelles, and now I call Colorado home!
If you’re hoping to crash with me, please read the “my home” section of my profile before sending me a request.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love learning about different cultures and getting to know people from all over the world. I also genuinely believe there's no better way to travel than to connect with people who live in the place you're looking to explore!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like soulful oldies, folk music, or anything instrumental with a funky beat. I've also grown to love house music. I make zero time for television and while I have a pretty decent collection of books, I usually don't finish them. I prefer to spend my time exploring, connecting with the people in my life, or planning my next adventure.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During the pandemic, I helped produce a virtual New Year's party that celebrated midnight in every time zone in the world. The party was our community's gift to the world and was free to anyone, anywhere who wanted to attend! We didn't neglect time zones that celebrate on the half-hour (e.g. India GMT +5:30) or even the 45-minute (e.g. Nepal GMT +5:45) and meticulously lined up "midnight ambassadors" from all but 5 time zones (1 of which is uninhabited) to share their local NYE traditions and celebrate their midnight with us. Collectively, we curated OVER 24 hours of non-stop programming... because it takes 26 HOURS for the New Year to reach every corner of the planet! Did you know the people of Kiribati enter the new year 26 hours before Baker Island does?! Time is truly an illusion.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be happy to recommend things to do, see, and experience in any of the places I've lived or traveled to. After we meet, I'd also be happy to connect you to my wonderful friends around the globe!
I'm always eager to learn more about different cultures, off the beaten path destinations, yoga, scuba diving, and delicious food(s).
