I am a Chef and a gastronome. Food and wine is my passion and what i know best. I am a dancer, its one of my favorite pastimes. I love to start a dance party even when im alone and even when there is no music playing.I am a traveler, exploring new places, food,and culture is what I live for. I am also an activist so I stay politically involved and try to do my part to make this world a better place.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I lived in Antibes everything I saw was amazing, I took a moped ride through the lovely french countryside to Biot, which was Escoffier's birthplace. He is the father of modern cuisine so for me it was a huge deal.
