ABOUT ME

My mission is to live well- with the richness of inspiring people and full experiences. I appreciate adventure as much as stillness. Eternally curious. I have traveled the World for pleasure and for work- Personal Assistant for Yanni for 5 years and a flight attendant on private charters. I recently resigned and am settling into the LA community. I am drawn to the various cultures, paths, spirituality and awaken lives of others.
A small town American girl who fled to Miami... I enjoyed my early 20s and built my Massage Therapy practice with a niche for Sports Therapy. I have worked with pro-athletes and celebrities for 9 years. I expanded into yoga, fitness and nutrition. I became a Real Estate agent in FL, and lived in Turks and Caicos developing a project. I returned to Miami and began to work with Yanni as a Wellness Coach, Personal Assistant and Flight Attendant. In this chapter of my life, I look forward to learning more about spiritual paths, grounding in my yoga practice and working on my personal goals. I am seeking a job as a flight attendant and actively building my massage practice in the Santa Monica area.

PHILOSOPHY

In Pursuit of the Moment... i live with a vigor to experience the moment that I am in where I am... each day has its own journey, lessons and attitude. I try to accept all of it, learn from it and grow on it... living and loving are my only obligations - I strive to do them Well!

Scuba Diving Maldives is on the top of my list. The Great Wall and bobsled down. Mega Yacht around the Bahamian Islands. Safaris through South Africa. Australian Beaches. Thailand Temples.
