My goal for the next year and forever is to learn to love myself completely, learn how to surf, get more in tune with myself through meditation and yoga, and just remember how to feel happy and carefree.

ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm a Korean adoptee from America. For the past 4 years I've been living in Seoul, South Korea and am now getting ready for my next big change. I don't feel it's possible to write all about me in a tiny box but I look forward to sharing with you whenever we meet! This sounds a little like a personal's ad. Regardless, I love meeting new people and making friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I currently have no couch surfing experience other than I've heard about it from two great friends of mine. Looking forward to seeing what happens!

Interests

The following are enjoyed:
Traveling to places and then thinking and writing while I'm there, Anime, comics & graphic Novels, biking (both auto and by pedal), meeting new people and making them laugh, eating good food, craft beer, hearing other people's stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Just a few of the artists I'm currently listening to - Frank Ocean, Dave Matthews Band, Beyonce, John Mayer, Rufus Wainwright, Paul Dateh, Tycho, Emmy Rossum, Idina Menzel, Citizen Cope.

Movies: The last movie I saw in theaters was Gravity and it wasn't too bad. I also saw HER and American Hustle and enjoyed both. I'm more of a TV person but nothing will replace my classics (Spaceballs, Monty Python Holy Grail, Godfather 1 & 2, Star Wars, Indiana Jones the original trilogy.)

Television: True Detective, Archer, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Scandal, House of Cards, Bob's Burgers and any current anime I may be watching.

Books: Everything is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer & Last Days of Summer by Steven Kluger

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably one of the most amazing and signifact things I've done is coming back to Korea and meeting my birth family.
