ABOUT ME

I'm goal-oriented, friendly and helpful. I love to learn and share, and I can be either quiet or sociable. I'm quite clean and organized, crafty, resourceful and very curious about the world we live in. I've studied Yoga for many years and would love to work with you to build a custom routine, if that is an interest to you. (I'm a certified teacher)

I also like to teach people how to Knit, Sew, even de-cluttering is fun for me! I have a lot of experience with gardens, and micro-farming, I was permaculture certified in Orlando, FL (permanent-agriculture).

I also love children, pets, people of all ages, books, wine, funny jokes, and sleeping on couches!

I go to Couchsurfing events, I've hosted some people and am hoping to find many memorable experiences in Portland this Spring.

I love a great coffee shop to work at during the day, an indie dance club at night, an art museum, sweet brunch spot, a 2 hour hike, a dark cozy living room or vibrant sunlit room with chatter and activity. Yoga and Natural Remedies, Cooking, relaxing, laughing, causing mild trouble! Waking up early or sleeping late.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived a hundred lifetimes and have a hundred more to go. I spent a summer in Greece, working on a yacht on the ocean. I've learned how to drive a motorcycle, create a sustainable food garden, taught Yoga, built and designed websites, hand-sewn messenger bags, visited friends in far off places. Been to far-off places! I love the ocean waters of the Mediterranean, Art Basel in Miami Beach, the carvings and gargoyles on every building in Prague. I'm a dreamer and a traveler and a get it done'r

I can teach you yoga, organize your coffee table or kitchen cupboard, I can babysit for you, show you how to craft, OR if you are interested in learning how to start up in Web Development, I can most certainly show you the track and path that I've been on, accompanied with many recommendations.
