I'm a New York transplant with a passion for Electronic music.

I am apart of collective of women called Nap Girls:
"A non-profit creative, collaborative collective of women promoting gender equality in the dance music industry."

SoCal born and raised, I enjoyed the outdoors and took up such sports and activities as soccer, volleyball, motocross, and snowboarding. I took a liking to the East Coast when I was younger and my family would travel "back east" to Philadelphia to visit my grandpa. I loved how different the East Coast was from the West Coast.

In need of my independence and a change of scenery, at age 21 I decided to pack up my life and move to New York City. I followed my job at Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse, where I has worked for 4 years at that point, to Brooklyn, NY and fell in love with everything the city had to offer.

One thing in particular that I fell the hardest for was the music. I took a deep liking to Electonic Music and started frequenting shows around Manhattan. I ended up meeting most of my friends this way and even scored a gig writing for a music blog called Daily Beat. Through this, I was able to start attending all these shows for free just by writing reviews about them. The best part was that I was even able to start interviewing my favorite artists. Almost 3 years later and I'm heavily involved in the industry and even founded my own interview series called RAW(Real Artists' Words).
