American born, but curiously have a muddled English accent due to my time at boarding school abroad. I'm insatiably curious, have traveled the world, and love to talk to anyone about anything. I firmly believe that we can change lives through education.

I'm trying to learn how to make my own Kombucha, but have yet to start on that journey because well, life just kinda throws things at me to do. Can you possibly help me? I can teach you how to classify any type of insect your heart desires if you even make the slightest dent in helping me start the brewing process!
