Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm happy to host and I occasionally try to find couches when I am traveling.
Through traveling I've met a lot of great people who have opened their homes and cities up to me. A friend introduced me to couch surfing and it's been great. I lived in Europe for a while and I had the pleasure of hosting people and involving myself with the local meet up groups. I've made short term and lifelong friends through the platform.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My space is comfortable, I have a couch and an air mattress for any surfers. I live right next to a nice shopping and outdoors district in Oakland. The BART (local light rail) is a 15min walk or 5min/$5 cab ride. It takes ~20 minutes to get into San Francisco on the BART.
