ABOUT ME

I thought about this section long and hard, and I think describing yourself can be one of the hardest things to do. But here it goes....

I like to consider myself very open-minded. I'm interested in just about anything especially culture, people and travel. I like trying new things. I love being inspired, and inspiring others. I'm very social, I like making strangers into friends. Music, and dance are a big part of my life. Family is very imporatant to me, and I am a life-long-learner. I believe in people, and positive energy. I believe good can come from any situation. It is said that there is only one symbol in the japanese language to define both, Crisis, and Opportunity. I like this idea. Communication is the key to life, followed with understanding, empathy, and compassion. I like to live in the moment and make the best out of situations. I also love a challenge, and I love to laugh. Oh, and I love to dance, uncontrolably!

I should also mention I am currently travelling with my boyfriend. He is from Japan, we met in Malaysia, then I went back to Canada we stayed in touch thourhg skype, fb,and writing each other letters. A year later I decided to take a chance and see if it was true love, and bought a plane ticket to Japan to see him. It was fate, we fell in love and since September 2012 we have been travelling the world together (Japan, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and soon to India, Nepal, and europe... Before we get to Europe I will be couch requesting many of you to see if your available to host us!

We are both small, and pack light!

He is 32 years old and has been Bboying since 1999 (break dancing) he is quite famous in Malaysia for it, and uses his amazing talent to busk and do street performances in Australia, and our next challenge EUROPE! But dont be confused by the stereotype of a rapper/thug/gangster, Hiro is a gentle soul who believes in communication internationally through dance. He graduated from University with a degree in Civil Engineering, then studied Community Welfare in Melbourne Australia for 3 years and worked as a disability support worker.

We both want to see the world, learn to survive over seas and help make the world a better place where ever we can! If you would like more information, just send us an inbox :)

PHILOSOPHY

I am continuously giving my life purpose, and I want to strive to help others achieve purpose as well. The possibilities and opportunities are endless, so I hope to achieve as much as I can and help others along the way. I have a collection of positive quotes that remind me every day to appreciate all thats around me, and continue to grow as a human being.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new at Couch Surfing, so right now I am interested in surfing with my boyfriend around Europe.
I plan to participate in couch surfing with an honest, open mind, and give to the community as much as I can, and experience as much as I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Because I am new, I dont have much to share, but I am anxious to fill this section with great memories and experiences. So far I have only been informed what some friends have experienced, which is what inspired me to make an account!
