Overview
About Me
Since Couchsurfing changed its system, I thought I had lost my profile and could no longer log in. I’ve just discovered that I can still access it, so I’ll be happy to continue hosting people who wish or need to stay.
My name is Asia, and I love coffee—of every kind and from every country. For me, it’s both a drink and a beautiful moment of sharing. I adore how, in Italy, we say “let’s meet for a coffee” in any circumstance, whether it’s just to have a chat, go for a walk, or actually sit down at a café together.
I really love food and cooking. Tasting everything is, to me, the best way to discover new cultures, new flavors, and new recipes.
I also enjoy climbing and slacklining—they make me feel free, balanced, and connected with nature.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, and it’s always so much more special when someone local shows you around. When I’m in Ferrara, I like being that local person—the one who makes visiting a place even more enjoyable.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love welcoming people into my home and discovering new cultures through them. To me, sharing stories, meals, and small everyday moments is the best way to connect. I sometimes feel that my city - Ferrara - isn’t the most hospitable place, and that’s why I like opening my doors—to create little bridges, new friendships, and warm networks of people from all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music in all its forms—whether it’s going to a jazz concert, a techno night, dancing to Latin rhythms, or singing my heart out at karaoke. For me, each of these moments is a way to express myself, to feel the energy of others, and to celebrate the joy of being together.
I also enjoy staying at home with a cup of herbal tea and watching a film. I’m especially drawn to auteur cinema and critically acclaimed movies—they always leave me with something to reflect on and often spark the best conversations. Though I have to admit, sometimes I fall asleep before the ending… but I like to think that makes the story last longer in my dreams.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I’d love to become an Italian teacher for foreigners, and while I’m studying to make that dream come true, practicing with people from different countries is the best training for me.
I love hanging drawings on the walls. In my home you'll find plenty of paper, colors, pencils, markers, and pastels - everything you might need to create whatever inspiration tells to you.
