To finish our dissertations!

ABOUT ME

We are back in Pennsylvania at Penn State University to finish our PhDs in philosophy after 2 years living in Mexico City and Salamanca, Spain for a year each.

But apart from our international experiences, we are pretty boring, really. We enjoy the simple things in life like having a drink on the porch, watching a good movie, or having a good conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

We are attempting to work to live, not live to work. We are students of philosophy, which says a lot about our (non-)attachment to money... We are aiming for a high-quality life, not one that just passes under our radar.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have an air mattress in State College for grad school types who might be visiting Penn State. We are pretty hands-off, so you don't have to worry about us interfering. You can come and go as you please, though we're happy to go out for drinks or dinner.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've couch surfed a bit in Europe and hosted a few people while we were living in Spain.
