CURRENT MISSION

We want to travel all around Australia, meet people from everywhere (and of course improve our English !).

ABOUT ME

We are 2 French girls (20 and 21 years old) travelling all around Australia for a year. In France we are students in Medicine and Law. We are friends for ages and used to share a flat during our studying years. We both decided to take a year off to get time enough to discover the amazing Australia. Indeed, we were dreaming of that country for a so long time !

Though, we took a WHV and flew from Paris to Birsbane at the end of August ! We've been working in the bush (Mungo National Park) for 2 months, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by amazing landscapes and spectacular wildlife (living with kangaroos and emus, what else ?). We also met and exchanged a lot with aboriginal people who taught us so much about their rich culture. What an enriching experience !

Then we began our trip : Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, Tasmania, Sydney. We are now planning to travel along the somptuous West Coast before flying to Thailand and finishing by going down the exciting East Coast. Lucky us (we know) !

PHILOSOPHY

We wanna do, see, the maximum possible things ever. Never regret and above all ENJOY !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the last part of our trip, we would be so interested in sharing time with people living here, being involved in local's everyday life, and maybe catching the opportunity of discovering unknown places. And on the other hand, we would be glad to bring a French touch in our host's life, by chatting about our country, speaking French (not too much...) and of course cooking French dishes would be a pleasure ! If we succeed, you'll feel like discovering France the same way we are discovering OZ !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've juste arrived on couchsurfing, because lots of people told us about this way to meet great people, to share experiences and discover cities and areas.
We can't wait having nice experiences with you !

- Harp, practising it for 12 years

- Reading English litterature (unlike Claire)
