About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Leaving the beautiful aussie behind to go back home, back in to the cold!
ABOUT ME
i'm 20 years old, love the traveling dearly, and wish it would last a life time. For 5 years i was already thinking of visiting the rainforest, seeing the beautiful nature of australia, and travel around to meet heaps of other people. My dad moved to Kuranda (next to Cairns) 3 years ago, and when i came to Australia in march, that was my first stop. For 4 months i lived with him, my stepmum, and my cute little brother. I've seen Alice Springs, Ayers rock, The Olga's and Kings Canyon, and traveled al along the eastcoast from cairns to brissie.
Then finally out of the big city, down to Tassie... Beautiful nature, very nice people, very good CS expiriences again, 1 month to go, time flys!
Hope to meet more crazy, funloving people, and make some friends, that might visit me one day!
PHILOSOPHY
A day without a smile, has been not worth it.
The best thing about travelling is meeting people,
the worst thing is saying goodbye.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I only heard about this project after i started my travels. But now that i gained some expirience , i know how nice it can be to meet people that actually know there way around the place.
And a bed is the nicest thing after camping for 1,5 months!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My cousin told me about this website, and he already had a few experiences. He also had been at Raymonds place in Townsville, and we went back together. We stayed in out tent in his backyard for 3 nights, and went to the swimmingpool with Raymond, he also helped us out with finding things to fix the car up a little bit, and we took him to the city to have a nice partynight.
The second expierience i had was with a lovely family in Rockhampton. They had the beds al ready to go, so after 2 weeks of camping in our little tent, finally some comfort.
When i went to tassie, i had to take my chance and check whether i could start couch surfing again... Found 2 beautiful places to stay, felt really welcome, and now here in Melbourne, a fantastic woman, very inspirational...
Couch surfing is the way to go!

Camping in the bush, with no city's for miles, and a home made bushfire, and a bush toilet (and it was a comfy one ;) )
