关于我
CURRENT MISSION
I am hoping to continue traveling to amazing places while meeting as many interesting people as I can along the way.
ABOUT ME
I am a communications/speech major at GSU in Atlanta, GA. I am hoping to one day work in either Politics or Entertainment but in the mean time I am traveling as much as my finances and schedule permits. My whole life I have been fascinated by all the different places in this world but never saw much outside of the eastern united states. After my first trip to Europe in 2006, traveling became something more of a necessity than a hobby. In my opinion, life is too short and there are too many amazing places to visit to wait and see them. CS has opened my eyes even more to how easy and beneficial traveling can be. Although at one time I would have thought it was insane to go abroad and stay with strangers, a good friend of mine convinced me to try it and I couldn't be more grateful. As I continue to travel the world, I am excited to use CS to not only to surf but to host as well.
PHILOSOPHY
I consider myself a positive person and try and always remain optimistic and happy. Although I am a student, I usually keep one (or sometimes two) jobs to support my travel addiction. One goal in my life is to see as many parts of this world as possible. Traveling brings me immense joy and my list of places to see seemingly grows by the day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Currently, my living situation doesn't not permit me to host anyone. I will do that once I have my own apartment in the fall. However, I will use CS throughout my summer travels.
I presently live outside the metro atlanta area and am working a a full-time job Mon-Fri but would be happy to give anyone advice on what to do when you are here in Atlanta. Like I said, I am moving back in the fall and will begin hosting then.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had numerous experiences with couchsurfing. Through my roommate and good friend, I hosted people from Germany, Australia, Holland, and Brazil. I have used CS to travel to other places as well. In January 2009 I went to the Inauguration in Washington D.C. and in March I went to Munich, Germany and Amsterdam, Netherlands. The three different hosts I encountered could have not have been more hospitable. In my opinion, CS allows you to see a completely different side of a city/country that you would have otherwise missed out on had you stayed in a hotel. I meet their friends, ate at new restaurants, and went to different bars and clubs that I would have never gone too. I couldn't have asked for better hosts or surfers throughout my experience with CS.

音乐、电影和书籍
I am down for all kinds of music but rap/hip-hop/ and r&b are definitely my favorites. I can handle most rock, usually classic rock as well but try and limit my country music intake. I enjoy some artists but can't tolerate it for long.
Like traveling, I also have a passion for movies. I would bet I see 3 - 5 times as many movies as the normal person. I pretty much like any kind of movie as long as I am entertained. I have way too many favorites to list.
As far as reading goes, I love thrillers. I enjoy anything by Venice Flynn or Dan Brown. If there is a decent plot with a political background I am pretty much down for it. I should read much more than I do and am always open for suggestions.
