I like to run around catching frogs and photographing flowers. I like bicycling, hiking, photography, eating fruit, and talking science (preferably over a beer or two).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hosted a few surfers in college and I am once again open for business (when I'm in town). I have also traveled, staying with some wonderful couchsurfers in the US and Europe.

Interests

I spend most of my free time exploring or planning explorations. I enjoy talking about nature, science, statistics, history, or just about anything. I enjoy tea throughout the day and a pint at night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2013 my partner and I bicycled from Amsterdam to Brugge over two weeks (with stops in Den Haag, Rotterdam, Breda, Antwerpen, Bruxelles, and Ghent). We saw a lot of museums, churches, and parks, plus met a few awesome couchsurfers.
