About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Pursuing truth and beauty in all things.

ABOUT ME

I was raised on the west Texas plains in a dusty city named Amarillo. I would have to say that living for 21 years in a place of big open sky and land certainly has had an effect on my life, making me look for beauty in small things everywhere. Did the typical American thing borrowed a bunch of money, went to college, married the love of my life. Now I'm in the final years of graduate school here in Chicago ready to move on to the next adventure.

You could say I'm part german catholic philosopher, part scientist, part romancer, and always up for a good time.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone has a story, hear it because it might affect yours!

Interests

I am a lover of food, games, and conversation. I have been known to do almost anything from eating termites to bungee jumping. I like good beer very much and I really love hearing and telling stories. My professional life is me solving hard math problems, probably has something to do with my love of games.

I also like programming quite a bit and participate with several open source software projects.
