ABOUT ME

Originally from India, came to United States for graduate school and also to live in a frigid place(which were both achieved in Michigan) . Then relocated to Houston for work and I have been here for the last two years. I do engineering consultancy for oil and gas.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I haven't used Couchsurfing at all but have heard good things about it from friends. I guess the best way to see a city would be with a guiding hand from a local and CS is also a nice way to meet interesting people -which is convenient because I am not the most gregarious person.

兴趣

Reading books and watching netflix-these two activities fill most of my 'free' time I guess. I also try to visit new places and explore them as much as possible on foot. I generally prefer visiting national parks to cities and would love to visit as many National Parks in the US as possible, right now I have gone to - Smokys, Shenandoah, Death Valley, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, glacier, Rocky mountain and big bend.

Watch quite a bit of sports or atleast used to-tennis,soccer,cricket,american football etc.
