About Me
Hello!
I'm an open person currently undertaking some travel around Europe. I've been volunteering picking olives on a farm in Greece and also helping out on a farm in Serbia!
Last year I completed my studies of geography and environmental science and worked for a short period and now I'm exploring in an attempt to figure out what's next.
My origin is half Greek and half kiwi and my hometown is Auckland in New Zealand.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me Couchsurfing is a possibility to meet cool open people who are willing to give me an insight into their home and lives. To show me around (if they like) and to have a chill time with.
For me society can give much more than it is doing at this moment. I believe that most people are made for living together with other people and I think that couch surfing is a cool way to open yourself and break down current borders between people.
Interests
Uncountable.
But I do throughly enjoy eating yum yum food, watching movies, being outdoors in the real Mother Nature, jazz nights or any small gigs, interesting conversations about the essence of life and where it all comes from and the like.
- nature
- stars
- humans
- refugees
- space exploration
- salad
- space ships
- exploitation and injustice
Music, Movies, and Books
Music- too difficult to choose favourite artists but genres are easier: jazz, indie, hip hop
Movies- first ones I can think of Harold and Maude, mysterious skin, a night on earth + ALL Hayao Miyazaki films!! and horror
Books- currently reading Tolstoys childhood, boyhood, youth
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was jumping out of a plane across the Himalaja with a hand glider, but then it broke and I almost died but in the end everything worked out quite fine and I meet the king of china.
Of course, stupid question.
