Yoga, natural hot springs, good food, camping, meeting new people, good music, and beautiful places all grab my attention and make my life engaging. In addition to spending my time filling my life with all of those amazing things, I attend college and spend time with my amazing little dog.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Many years ago, while camping outside of Sedona, Arizona, I was awakened by the morning chanting, yoga and meditation of 13 Buddhist Monks. They invited me to join them for all of those activities and the most amazing meal I have ever had. Now THAT left me awestruck! I am also often left speechless by the beauty of the hot springs I am constantly seeking out. Nature is full of the most amazing beauty.
