À propos de moi
Hello my Couchsurfing family 🕊️✨
If I had to describe my most dominant characteristics, I would say I’m curious, adaptable, calm, pessimistic, brave, and strong.
The things I love most in this life are music, dance, nature, and people - who are a part of it all.
My curiosity is for their personalities, cultures, beliefs, spiritual and philosophical knowledge, and the practices.
I have a few practices that I offer:
I’m a massage therapist using deep tissue and trigger point techniques, a flow performance artist using the Staff as an instrument, and a musician who plays the Ney, a traditional Turkish flute.
I have been living a nomadic lifestyle for the last five years.
During my travels, I try to connect with local life, to discover and become part of the stories that make each place what it is today.
Through traveling, I aim to witness different perspectives on life, face my own judgments about what’s “different,” and let them go.
I believe that every person and every situation is a different color that contributes to a wonderful painting.
I do my best to be real, sincere, humble, and understanding - to maintain positivity and peace, and to share love, joy, and light.
I’m working on becoming a person whose soul, body, and mind speak with one voice.
I choose to live simply, with less material and more meaningful moments.
I try to stay balanced between what I consume and what I create.
I prefer deeper relationships with fewer people, rather than superficial ones with many.
I see every person as a mirror, so I try to be fully present with them to see who I truly am.
I always try to find joy in what I do: I do what I love, and I love what I do.
I have many short and long-term volunteering experiences in various places. Most of them were communities surrounded by nature - protecting and nurturing it, and holding space for retreats, ceremonies, workshops, and festivals that support people’s transformation.
In these places, I’ve done everything from washing dishes to farming vegetables, cooking meals to organizing events - for periods ranging from two weeks to eight months.
I love to give my all to the environment I choose to be in, making it a central part of my life and taking responsibility for it as much as I can - of course, only if I truly resonate with their values and way of being.
