ABOUT ME

I love being outside in all types of weather. I feel like being outdoors helps restore and realign myself. I enjoy gardening, riding my bike, climbing, skiing, playing music, drawing, knitting, reading, and brewing beer.

PHILOSOPHY

I live for the act of fulfilling my personal and community happiness. With everyone trying to share their willingness to learn and teach various skills; it can create a greater, safer space.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to be able to bring my helpful attitude and energy to travelers and hosts. Share stories, food, drinks, and laughter.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed at a couple of couch surfers places in Portland. I really enjoyed staying at their house because there was so many travelers coming in and out sharing stories that were had. Meeting this household has created a community outside my little town of Eugene.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just got done reading Everything I want to do is Illegal, and currently reading Mycelium Running - How mushrooms and save the world! I enjoy music from funk, roots, rock, reggae, and bluegrass to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An amazing thing that I have done in my lifetime was traveled to Nepal and taught English to elementary children. It was great to see how my actions created direct happiness to the kids.
