One for each country I've visited:

United States - hiked in the Rockie Mountains, Canada - site seeing at Niagara Falls, Jamaica - held joyful impoverished and broken children, Ireland (the Republic) - living and traveling (Dingle Peninsula-favorite), Northern Ireland - learning of the troubles still alive today from the streets, England - everything about London. France - Paris and the American Cemetery at Normandy, Switzerland - hiking in the Alps and eating the best chocolate I've ever tasted, Austria - watching an Italian Opera in Austria and visiting Bach's grave, Italy - everything but mostly walking the streets of Venice (drinking wine, eating pizza and gelato!), Jordan - meeting Iraqi refugees and experiencing a beautiful, misunderstood culture, Mexico - the beaches and the tequila, Belize - a jeep ride and hike in the jungle, and The Bahamas - swimming with dolphins!
