About Me
CURRENT MISSION
you know, the usual collegiate self-discovery type of attitude commonly found in 21 year olds.
ABOUT ME
I am a student at NYU and have lived in New York City for the past four years. Currently I am finishing my thesis and working a collection of part time jobs while living in Brooklyn, NY.
PHILOSOPHY
You should and can always make time for people.
and as per advice by David Foster Wallace: "This is water."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have roommates that havye been contacted by couchsurfers before, and had really great experiences with it! I am open to hosting whenever I am home in NY and would love to experience couchsurfing too.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My roommate Salome introduced me to Couchsurfing and we have hosted a couple of couchsurfers together in our NYC apartment. I have heard nothing but good things from everyone who has surfed or hosted though couchsurfing!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like plenty of types of music, and almost any fun live show I can get to I would enjoy! I also love soul and Motown music and 6 months of living in Berlin has given me a new and deep appreciation of minimal techno.
Books I plan on (hopefully) reading in the next 6 months:
Everything Ravaged, Everything Burned by Wells Tower
Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace
The Savage Detectives by Roberto Bolaño
Snow by Orhan Pamuk
Anna Kareninna by Tolstoy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As someone who tends to get claustrophobic and not too keen on being underground, I was surprised at how much I truly enjoyed crawling through the caves under Budapest!
Teach, Learn, Share
I like fixing/making things, so I am more than willing to show you how to fix most things yu have broken, be it electronic, mechanical, plumbing, bikes, clothing, etc. Anyone who is willing to share similar knowledge would be awesome! I also can be a bit lazy when it comes to discovering new music, so if you can show me some new bands or artists to check out that would be great.
