Overview
About Me
French girl born and bred in Strasbourg - which is a city near Germany.
I can actually go to Germany in 20 min by bike. And then because Europe is so wonderful I can just chill on the river park or buy my groceries there. I love bretzels and I deeply miss them when I am not home.
I've studied for two years in Grenoble during my engineering school. Grenoble is a city surrounded by mountains and it is great for every mountain sport.
I was living in Brisbane for 10 months where I was doing an exchange program after which I have done an internship in order to stay longer in Australia! After that I made a road trip on the east coast of Australia. And.. I've flown to Bali ! I've stayed one month in Indonesia then went to Malaysia and after a few days I realised I needed to go back to Indonesia because it is such a wonderful country ! I went back and then finished my trip in Malaysia before going back to Europe. I had the best time ever travelling on my own, I met so many amazing peope and had so many adventures. Since then I know one thing for sure, I'm happy when I travel and this is something I'll always be attracted to.
I have then found a job and lived for four years in Paris.
Now I live in Grenoble again, where I could host you when I'm back. It's great for skiing, rock climbing, paragliding and lots of other mountain activities!
I am now travelling again alone for the first time after 5 years!
Going to mexico for a month and a half, and having nothing planned. So going with the flow and happy to meet hosts or travel buddies!
And after that, let the travellers come to my place in exchange.
Sharing is for me the best part of all this!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to meet new people. Sharing is for me something essential ; I think that it is what makes travelling so exceptional.
I would like to be hosted when I travel the world and I also would like to give back and host people in Grenoble!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
I like any movie that tells the story of people. Movies that make you feel things (either joy, or stress or sadness, etc.)!
Too many movies and I have a bad memory so don't ask me for complicated stuff like names 😂
Music :
mostly anything but metal/hard rock/punk.
I mostly like folk/rnb/rap/reggae/dub/hip hop
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've built a health center in a small village in the peruvian jungle. It was a project that I worked on with a group of friends for a solidarity organization from which I became vice-president the year after the project.
Vipassana meditation retreat in Australia. Let me tell you sitting all day without moving hurts more than it hurts not to talk to anyone in 10 days.
Teach, Learn, Share
Languages:
I would be more than happy to share French language and culture with you (oui oui "omelette du fromage")
And I would love to talk English or Spanish with you in order to practise.
Cooking:
I love cooking vegan or veggie food. Would be keen on cooking for you!
Acroyoga :
I've been into acroyoga since this summer. It's great practise sharing verbal and non verbal communication with someone and having lots of fun trying to do postures at two people. We could practise together 😁
Travel:
Talking about your experiences and the way you discovered other cultures. Exchanging tips about travelling or about the countries visited!
