Born and raised in Minnesota, lived in Colorado for 3 years for the mountains. I recently moved back to Minnesota due to a sick dad, a niece on the way, and to continue my small business- concessions at the Minnesota State Fair. I'm grateful to be close to family again and excited to continue travel and adventuring!

I love a good conversation about faith, culture, and life over a drink and I love cooking and sharing a meal with a new friend. I'm happy to make a meal for us, a few of my favorites:
1) Grilled salmon and vegetables
2) Asian stirfry with chicken or tofu, vegetables over quinoa
3) Bone broth soup with homemade meatballs, shitake mushrooms, kale, orzo.
