To meet local poeple. People like to gather with poeple who look like them, same country, same language... that is not my philosophy. If i travel, I want to meet and live like the unhabitants of the country I am staying in. So what best can I have than crush on a couch for a short time with cool people ready to show me their vision of their city or chill with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Laos, road between Luang prabang and Ventiane. We were heading to Ventiane in a night bed bus by a RAINY day. The Mekong overflowed and we were stuck all night with the water rising at the back and at the front of the bus in a little part of the road which was a little bit more elevated than the rest. The driver disappeared. We couldn't see the Inhabitant's houses covered by the water to the roof. The water reached the bus, worst night ! In The morning it stopped raining, the water lowered. The driver (magic reapparition ) told us there will be no refund (of course....) And that we will have to stay here for a couple of day, maybe more until we can take the road again... Well, total change of plan, plane ticket to Vientiane way to expensive, we took a car in the water with some unknown driver straight to the airport direction Thailand's island to party!! (Not proud )
