After 5 years of staying with friends & family, traveling, living in a tent, and couch surfing, I've purchased a house in my hometown.

ABOUT ME

I'm very laid back and usually easy to get along with. I’m on the quiet side and prefer to let conversations flow organically, I’m not one to talk just to fill time & space. I'm always respectful, especially with ideas, feelings and property, and am welcome back with everyone I've stayed with previously. While I don't mind a drink or two once in a while, I prefer to enjoy nature during the day over partying all night.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

*please note I am not in or near NYC!! I am a 4-5 drive away, and am closer to Canada.
After 5 years of staying with friends & family, traveling, living in a tent, and couch surfing, I purchased a house in my hometown. I'm working on getting the house fixed up and making it a home. I have a couch in the living room you can stay on, or if you prefer more privacy I can put up an air mattress in the basement.

*If you want to stay with me, please send me a quick/short message. If you send me a novel I will not read it and I will not accept your request. Not to be rude, but if you feel the need to tell me your life’s story while requesting to stay one or two nights, you’re probably going to be too overwhelming for me during an actual visit.

Northern Lights... saw these faintly once years ago while camping in Maine and look forward to the day I can experience them again.
Meteor showers... my birthday falls on the peak of a shower each year and watching this on top of the Colorado Rocky Mountains is the best way I've found to celebrate.
