Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Cat Empire, Thievery Corporation, any sort of World Music or anything with a good beat.
Books: Stuff written by Carl Sagan is pretty cool. Books such as 'The World is Flat', 'The China Study' and 'Thinking Fast and Slow' also spike my interest.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was fairly young my family and I went to the Grand Canyon (AZ, USA). We hiked along the west rim of the canyon and a thunderstorm rolled over the canyon behind us. Watching the lightning strikes on the plateaus within the canyon, standing on the edge, with the light rain and warm wind, is something i will keep with me to this day.
And this was only the start for my taste for ah-inspiring adventure.
Teach, Learn, Share
Henna/Mehindi body artwork: From green powder to stain on the skin, I can teach you the whole process
Lindy-Hop Dancing: We can pretend that we are from the 1920's and get 'swung out'
And i would love to learn any new food recipe, learn a bit of language - what ever that maybe-- but i am working on my german at the moment. And well i dont know? there are always interesting things to be learned in life, many of which i am sure i have not found yet.
