Music: Omnivore! However, I've always had a special connection to jazz and classical music.
Movies: Historical dramas with the correct language spoken. A film taking place in Italy should for example feature italian speaking actors.
Books: I'm a big fan of the natural school of Russian literary realism! (Nikolaj Gogol, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Ivan Turgenev, etc.)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Six years ago I was travelling around Western Europe by myself when all of a sudden my friend called me from New Dehli and urged me to meet him in Barelona. My plan was to travel from Lisbon to Sevilla, but plans changed and two days later we met up at a bar in Barcelona.

During our stay we met some people from France and since I was planing to continue to Marseille we started chatting about everything french. Three days later I find myself in a cab heading out from the city centre in Toulouse with the destination "No-clue-where-I-am".

It was weird, great fun and not according to any plans. Exactly the way a travellers life should be!
