ABOUT ME

We are four Canadian university students with a passion for people, places and adventure, but between the four of us we are quite a diverse group. Carmelle is the outdoors-y engaging world-changer, Nate is the funny, enthusiastic, friendly one, Austin is the kind, brainy, eccentric one, and Katie is heartfelt and genuine. Together, the fun times abound.

Intereses

At home: being outdoors, conversing with interesting people, attending concerts, observing public displays of art, making music with people, and outdoor athletics.
Abroad: landscapes, culture/cultural idiosyncracies, meeting people, learning history, and ad hoc adventures.

Austin: I once had a return journey on a plane from Vancouver to Calgary which started in the rain and flew over the snow covered Rocky Mountains into a sunrise.
Carmelle: sitting in the wrecked ship that carried Che Guevera and Fidel Castro to Cuba in Manzanillo de Cuba.
Nate: watching a storm roll in over Lake Sylvan, Alberta, and promptly getting caught in the middle of it on a raft.
Katie: Hiked up Mt. Robson, swimming with icebergs.
