ABOUT ME

I am a positive, dynamic person, very active and well organised. My friends call me Shiva or Bree for my ability to multitask!
My friends call me a good listenner and a reliable friend, always on time and with a little attention (word, card, present) for each one.
I am an optimistic who believes in good faith and I am a very respectuous person.

PHILOSOPHY

We should not only do what we like, you should enjoy what we have to do (better in French: on doit aimer ce que l'on fait plutot que de faire ce que l'on aime)

Also a strong believer in the butterfly effect: one day you give and some other day, somehow, somewhere you receive back... most of the times in the less expected ways!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with several hosts during my US road trip and I had a great time. I met interesting, open minded, cosmopolite people and they were all very friendly and welcoming.
I host a couple of time through CS, I have been hosting people met through commun friends for a while.
Also my parents are a host family for foreign students/ teenagers so I grew up surrounded with foreigners and I lived in 2 host families myself and then in a shared house with 3 different nationalities... I am a very open minded person and I am always looking to meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite movies are : Forest Gump, Pretty Woman and Notting Hill (the most girly movies ever!!!) but I enjoy also French cinema: comedies, drama, thrillers... I just don't like horror and violent movies.
Any kinds of books will do, except maybe biographies and historical novels...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was an Au Pair for a year, I took care of 2 kids and ran a house when I was only 18... now that I think about it, I realise what a big deal it was!
I designed and sewn my own prom dress, this is still the outfit I am the most proud of!
I live in Paris for almost than 4 years now but I am still amazed every day by the beauty and the infinite opportunities this city offers! I am in love with Paris and I keep discovering it every weekend through long walks

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my receipes, I am a great cook! I'd love to improve my photography skills, so why not!
and if ever on the way I can make contact with potential future employers/colleagues/partners (fashion industry) that would be awesome!
